MADINAH — Safety patrols within the Madinah area arrested a resident home employee of Filipino nationality for killing a toddler with a knife inside his dwelling.
Public Safety mentioned the suspect was detained and authorized procedures had been taken towards her. She was referred to the Public Prosecution.
