RIYADH — Saudi air defenses intercepted six ballistic missiles and 26 drones over Riyadh and the Japanese Province on Friday, based on Ministry of Protection spokesman Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Malki.
Al-Malki mentioned 13 drones had been intercepted and destroyed in every of the 2 areas.
Particles from interceptions fell close to a army website in Riyadh with out inflicting any accidents.
He added that six ballistic missiles had been launched towards Riyadh.
Two had been intercepted, whereas the remaining 4 fell into the Arabian Gulf and uninhabited areas.
On Thursday, Saudi air defenses destroyed 38 drones within the Japanese Province, Al-Malki mentioned.
