MAKKAH — The Basic Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has launched a barcode-based system to point crowd density for Umrah rituals through the present holy month of Ramadan.
Activated at the start of Ramadan, this digital service permits guests on the Grand Mosque to watch crowd ranges throughout Tawaf and Sa’i, two essential rituals of Umrah pilgrimage. The system shows density classifications—gentle, reasonable, or heavy—by means of color-coded indicators, offering real-time updates that assist pilgrims determine the least crowded intervals to carry out their rituals with larger ease and luxury.
On Friday, the Grand Mosque witnessed a big inflow of worshippers and pilgrims for the primary Friday prayer of the holy month. Area and organizational efforts have been seamlessly coordinated to make sure the consolation of attendees and the sleek circulation of motion.
