Hamad Worldwide Airport says Qatar airspace closure continues

DOHA — Hamad Worldwide Airport introduced Saturday that the momentary closure of Qatari airspace stays in place as a result of present safety state of affairs within the area.

In an announcement posted on X, the airport mentioned any flight operations are linked to the opening of a restricted and momentary air hall for evacuating stranded passengers and require authorization from the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority and related authorities.

The airport urged vacationers to not head to the airport right now and to contact their airways straight for updates concerning their flights.

It pressured that any flights at present working are restricted to evacuation operations by means of momentary air routes accredited by civil aviation authorities.
