King Salman and Crown Prince provide condolences to Gen. Al-Burhan of Sudan over landslide victims

RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman have despatched separate cables of condolences to President of Sudan’s Transitional Sovereignty Council Gen. Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan on the victims of a devastating landslide that struck Jebel Marra within the western Darfur area.

Of their cables, the King and the Crown Prince prolonged their deepest condolences and sincerest sympathies to the president and the households of the deceased. In addition they wished a speedy restoration for the injured.

An enormous landslide within the village of Tarasin within the Marra mountains on Sunday has flattened your entire village and killed greater than 1000 folks.
