Firm introduced Themar Growth Holding Upon the issuance of the Appeals Committee’s determination to rule in favor of the corporate, by returning the lawsuit filed in opposition to the previous members of the Board – wherein a choice had been issued to not hear the case as a result of lack of authorization from the Normal Meeting of the present Board – to the Securities Disputes Decision Committee for additional consideration.
The corporate stated in an announcement immediately on Tadawul that it was notified of the choice on November 24, 2025 by the Normal Secretariat for Committees for Decision of Securities Disputes, stressing that it’s going to announce any elementary developments sooner or later.
In line with knowledge numbersThimaar Firm had registered a criticism with the Capital Market Authority on March 14, 2023 in opposition to the members of the Board of Administrators in its two earlier periods from March 6, 2017 to July 4, 2021, demanding compensation amounting to 230 million riyals, and the ensuing litigation compensation, after the corporate’s Normal Meeting authorized in October 2022 to authorize the Board of Administrators to file the lawsuit.
On July 27, 2025, the Securities Disputes Decision Committee issued a choice to not hear the case as a result of lack of authorization from the Normal Meeting of the present Board. In response, the corporate filed an enchantment on September 4, 2025 in opposition to the choice to rethink the case in opposition to the previous Board members.
